0.0: Begin at the Alvarado Staging Area on Wildcat Creek Trail.
0.3: Junction with Belgum Trail. Continue straight on Wildcat Creek Trail.
1.8: Junction. Turn left onto Mezue Trail.
3.15: Junction. Turn left onto San Pablo Ridge Trail.
4.3: Junction with an unidentified trail dropping downhill to the right. Stay to the left on San Pablo Ridge Trail.
4.5: Multiple junction. Veer straight/left onto Belgum Trail.
4.7: Unsigned split. Stay to the left on Belgum Trail.
5.4: Junction with Wildcat Creek Trail. Turn right and return to the trailhead.
5.6: Back at the trailhead.

Getting there:
• From eastbound US 80 in Contra Costa County, exit Solano (exit 17). At the base of the ramp, turn left onto Amador. Drive 0.4 mile, and turn right onto McBryde. Move into the left lane, and after about 0.3 mile, at the stop sign, continue straight onto Park Avenue. Drive 0.1 mile, turn left into the park, and continue a short distance to the Alvarado Staging Area at the end of the road.
• From westbound US 80 in Contra Costa County, exit McBryde (exit 17). Turn left (east) on McBryde and after crossing over the highway, get into the left lane of McBryde. After about 0.3 mile, at the stop sign, continue straight onto Park Avenue. Drive 0.1 mile, turn left into the park, and continue a short distance to the Alvarado Staging Area at the end of the road.
